General terms and conditions
Please read this chapter carefully. ZENIT Logisztikai Eszközök Kereskedőháza Kft. (ZENIT Logistic Devices Merchant Store Ltd.) sells its products solely according to the following terms and conditions. If you place an order in our e-store, we consider these terms and conditions accepted. Should any different condition apply, it has to be confirmed by us.
Submitted orders can not be cancelled. We are not responsible for any mistake made by the customer in the order form. Always double-check your order before submitting it.
Establishing a contract of sale
ZENIT Logisztikai Eszközök Kereskedőháza Kft. (ZENIT Logistic Devices Merchant Store Ltd.) sells its products solely according to the following terms and conditions. If you place an order in our e-store, we consider these terms and conditions accepted. Should any different condition apply, it has to be confirmed by us.
The following documents are necessary to establish a contract of sale that is of obligatory nature:
1.- a submitted order from a customer, specifying the ordered item(s), the quantity and the address of delivery.
2.- the order confirmation with the indication of price(s) from Zenit Ltd.
Prices
Prices do not include VAT and delivery charge! Other additional costs, if any, (installation, putting into operation etc.) will be charged to the bill as well.
We reserve the right to change the prices shown in our e-store without notice!
Terms of payment
Money transfer - If you pay by remittance we'll ship your order only after having received the purchase price. The money must be transferred to our account within 20 days after placing your order, otherwise we cancel the purchase.
Cash on delivery - If you choose C.O.D. you pay the due amount to the carrier at the time you receive your order.
Any other method of payment is available only upon previous agreement. Until the bill is fully settled the ordered goods are the property of ZENIT Logisztikai Eszközök Kereskedőháza Kft. (ZENIT Logistic Devices Merchant Store Ltd.), and can not serve as forfeit, bail or deposit.
Should you fail to pay in time, we calculate an interest on overdue payment according to the applicable law (PTK(301.§)). The bill is considered fully settled the day when the due amount, including VAT, is credited to our account.
Invoice will be issued by ZENIT Logisztikai Eszközök Kereskedőháza Kft. (ZENIT Logistic Devices Merchant Store Ltd).

Place and conditions of delivery
We deliver the orders to the delivery address provided by our customers.
If you pay C.O.D., we take care of the delivery. In this case you pay the due amount and the delivery charge to the carrier.
If you pay by remittance the party established in the order confirmation will take care of the delivery.*
* If we deliver the goods to the provided address, we will add a delivery charge to your bill. This delivery charge will be calculated depending on your order, and written down in the order confirmation. If you take care of the delivery, we will specify the pick-up location.
We are no longer responsible for the purchased goods after you received them!

Time of delivery
We normally deliver orders within an overage of 15 days, unless it's stated otherwise in the order confirmation. Should the selected item(s) be on stock you'll receive it/them within a couple of days. We can do part-delivery upon request.
Complaints
Please make sure to check the package when you receive it. In case it is damaged do not accept it and have a report taken.
Should there be quantity deficiency or obvious defect of any kind, you have to notify our customer service within 3 days. Hidden defects must be reported within 3 days after discovery, but not later than 2 months after receiving the merchandise.
You can lodge your complaint in writing. Guarantee starts at the date of reception. In case you have complaint concerning the quality of the merchandise, please send a sample or attach an official expert's report.
Lodging a complaint does not exempt from fully settling the bill, unless agreed otherwise.
Guarantee
There is a 6-months-guarantee on all of our products, unless stated otherwise in the order confirmation. The original copy of the invoice must be presented in case of any claims to guarantee. A separate Guarantee Ticket will only be issued if it's stated in the order confirmation.
We are not responsible for any damage caused as a result of improper use or external impact.
Legal remedy
In case of any legal dispute resulting from this contractual relation, both parties accept the sole competence of the Central District Court of Budapest or, if the prosecution belongs to the jurisdiction of a county court, the Metropolitan Court.

The prices, dimensions and weights of products, shown in our catalogues, brochures, price lists, offers, and shown on pictures and drawings, are illustrative and of informative nature. The technical specifications and/or availability of products are subject to change without notice.
